Assignment 2.2: The Problem Pitch

The theme of money is not alighted at school math course (at list in Ukraine). But children count money with pleasure, perhaps because it brings them closer to the adult world. Each parent wants theire kids be financially successful. So I think it is good idea to create some course about this topic.

The difficulties:

- There are not enought problems on this subject in the textbooks;

- Children do not know such economic concepts as the budget, inflation, credit, loans, deposits, investments and others.

- As a rule, children do not understand the value of money.

 I think, it would be great to answer to following questions. What is money? How did they appear? Why do we need money? How to earn, save, multiply? How to put a financial goal and come to it?

I plan to develop a course with games, problems, discussions.
